There is always a long list of top-ranking CPUs that would be better for your gaming experience. These CPUs are not just good for you, but also make sure that you would be having the better of your gaming and multitasking experience.
In 2022 Choosing the best CPU for Windows PC is very hard. But here are given the 3 CPUs that are known for being the better at gaming and given the best performance while multitasking
Let Us Know for Them in Detail...
What Makes a CPU Good for Gaming?
Gamers are a select bunch of all gamers, and each of them has its requirements for hardware.
You need a motherboard that will give you extra RAM if you run out.
You need a high-end video card that can handle the best graphics settings and resolutions.
You need high-quality SSDs for loading data and saving games quickly.
You need a discrete GPU that will handle graphics and 3D games more efficiently.
None of these is rocket science, but when I say “good” I mean a CPU that can provide this “good” quality for you and make sure you can play your favorite games with all the bells and whistles turned on.
To do this, you’ll need a CPU that has a relatively fast and powerful processor, and that is not too expensive.
However, you will also need a motherboard with enough onboard memory and RAM for a quick boot, your most commonly used applications, and some high-end games.
In this article, I’ll give you a look at three of the most important components for a CPU to offer the best gaming experience.
The 3 Best CPUs for Gaming in 2022
The 3 Best CPUs for Better Gaming in 2022 are listed below.
- Core I9-9900K Desktop Processor
- Ryzen Treadripper 3907x Desktop Processor
- Ryzen 7 5700G Desktop Processor
This list is just based on our years of experience and the fact that we have used many different CPUs. We know a lot of custom builds that are associated with their CPUs and GPUs. However, this list is based on that. We hope that you will find it useful and would not need any further explanation for it. We will keep updating this list as we come across more great CPUs that we would be recommending to you. Please let us know about any CPU that you know that we can add to it.
1. Core i9-9900K:
The list of CPUs is incomplete without the Core i9-9900K. This CPU is in higher demand as it is among the best performing CPU that are available today. Its 10 core/20 threading has some major downsides, but the price tag is not much for it. This CPU is the current top contender of the Threadripper 1950X, which is currently one of the best value for money deals that are available in the market.
The price range for the Intel Core i9-9900K is pretty similar to that of the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1950X. The Intel Core i9-9900K is priced at around $488 for the base variant and $570 for the highest-end variant. It is one of the few CPUs that are priced slightly lower than that of the Threadripper 1950X.
This processor has a cache that is placed at the top of the chip. Due to this feature, it can help reduce the loads and load time considerably. Although the boost clocks are set at 4.4 GHz and the peak boost clock is at 5 GHz, it still comes out as one of the best-performing CPUs.
Since its architecture has a cache, it makes it one of the most memory-intensive processors as it has a maximum of 16 GB DDR4 memory. That is a considerable amount of memory that is available. The best part is that it can sustain the extreme loads that are needed for demanding games. If you do not plan on using it for high-end gaming, then the Intel Core i9-9900K is an excellent choice for you.

2. AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3970X:
The second CPU on our list has a history that is lesser known than that of the Intel Core i9-9900K. It is one of the most popular and powerful CPUs that you can get on the market. The other notable aspect about it is that it was the best deal that you can get with for your Threadripper 3907 CPU.
For a long time, it was the best-performing CPU that was offered for the Threadripper 3907X CPU. However, the Intel Core i9-9900K has become the next best thing for the Threadripper 3907X. It is one of the rare few processors on the market that could manage to live up to its fan base. It comes with that same 32 core/64 thread architecture that we have seen on the Intel Core i9-9900K CPU.
This Ryzen Threadripper 3907X is usually placed in the price range of the Intel Core i9-9900K. That is because of the impressive features and benefits that the AMD Ryzen Threadripper 3907X has to offer. You can expect insane gaming and multitasking capabilities.
This CPU is simply among the best-performing CPUs that are on the market. You should not have any problems when running games with the Ryzen Threadripper 3907X CPU. The first six months of its launch were pretty good for the Ryzen Threadripper 3907X. The uptrend in the market helped it compete better with the Intel Core i9-9900K.
Even though its $1200 price tag has already started to drift lower, the Ryzen Threadripper 3907X still commands a decent chunk of the market.

3. Ryzen 7 5700G Desktop Processor
AMD's new Ryzen 7 processors are finally here and we've already covered their ultra-low-power and high-performance features, but how well does the company's new flagship processor stack up against its competition? Our colleague Kevin Tofel and his video workstation partner Jason Evangelho decided to put the new CPU through its paces and give us an accurate report on its performance, even though it only features integrated graphics. The Ryzen 7 5700G with Radeon Vega10 CPU and Radeon Vega10 GPU measures just 3.0" x 3.5" x 0.6" (86 x 64 x 19 mm) and weighs in at just 4.2 lbs. (2 kg).The core of the AMD Ryzen 7 processor is a 4-core, 8-thread processor with a max speed of 3.4GHz. Each of the cores has 16MB of L3 cache and can operate at up to 4.0GHz when needed. AMD says that performance improvements of up to 33% can be expected for single-threaded applications when compared to an Intel Core i5 6600K processor.
The new AMD Ryzen 7 processor comes with 32 PCIe lanes, which AMD says is a 2x improvement over the Ryzen 7 processors from the last generation. We also get the CPU core's full bandwidth available to the application, since the processor is equipped with a single 16-pin power connector.
The Radeon Vega GPU has 1,000-plus stream processors with 4GB of GDDR5 memory. AMD says that this GPU is 4x faster than the AMD Vega Frontier Edition board that it recently showed off, but is also less than half the cost of the $1,500 Vega Frontier Edition GPU that is available now. Like the Vega Frontier Edition, the AMD Ryzen 7 processor has a maximum 2,400MHz clock speed, but the TDP is a fully cut-down 65W. This processor is also limited to 32-bit color support.
The only weak link in the AMD Ryzen 7 processor lineup is the lack of integrated graphics. To connect up a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other peripherals, you will need a PCIe adaptor. You can buy a 3-pack for just $20, but this is still a price premium that the AMD Ryzen 7 processor does not need to pay, so I would hope that AMD is planning on releasing an improved package within a few months.
